The Supervisory Board of GFT Technologies AG is responsible for monitoring and advising the executive board. Together with the Executive Board, its six members track business development and provide strategic input on company direction. All governance issues requiring the Supervisory Board’s approval for legal or statutory reasons are reviewed by the board and a final decision made.
