Professor Dr. Hans-Peter Burghof, 46, is Director of the Institute of Banking and Financial Services at the University of Hohenheim. “Professor Burghof is an experienced and renowned industry expert who will strengthen our Supervisory Board. By order of Stuttgart District Court, Professor Burghof has been appointed initially until the Annual General Meeting on 20 May 2010, whereupon a proposal will be submitted to the shareholders concerning his election to the Supervisory Board of GFT Technologies AG.
