Long-term relationships are important for us – with both clients and freelancers. We consider it vital to understand their needs, project expectations, career plans, strengths and weaknesses.


Our aim: perfect quality

We only issue job searches for projects that have been checked and understood. So we invest time getting to know the client, as soft skills are crucial on every assignment. We plan all stages of the process (feedback on your CV, interview stages, etc). This provides you with a clear overview at all times.


Follow-up: our role during the project

We provide you with regular support by monitoring assignment progress, ensuring everything is going to plan. Six weeks before the end of assignments, we assess progress and the potential of an extension.
We also visit you regularly on-site to discuss progress.


Administration

Our customer service team provides advice and support on all administrative tasks, including company and tax registration, contract management, time sheets and invoicing.


Your part of the deal as an IT freelancer

To plan properly, we need an accurate and open assessment of your current situation and any other openings you have. We also need a clear indication of your skills, experience, knowledge and your expectations for the assignment (type of company, nature of project, future plans).
We are always interested to hear about your long-term plans. Naturally, when you commit to an assignment you understand and will respect this commitment – for the sake of the client and professional business practice.
