Clear demonstration of business analysis and project management experience at a management level, consulting to or within the retail or investment banking industry
Ability to work independently to drive forward customer requirement or to work as part of a wider GFT team
A good understanding of retail or investment banking technologies
Degree in business administration, economics or IT technologies
Native or excellent English, both spoken and written, is essential. German, Spanish, and French will also be valued
Availability for travel
Lead business analyst on investment banking technology change projects
Assignments to global consulting projects as part of mixed business and IT teams
Working in close cooperation with our clients your responsibilities will include requirements gathering and definition, process analysis, cost-benefit analysis, functional definitions (including production of BRDs and FDDs) and the evaluation of IT systems from a business perspective
Project management of technology delivery, including project planning, control, and project tracking, as well as coordination of teams and the presentation of results to the management
Excellent language skills in English are mandatory, additionally German, Spanish, or French are welcome
Willingness to travel extensively
Capital markets (Equities, Fixed income, Derivatives) measuring of P&L, Price valuation and accounting processes
Recent regulatory change frameworks
Capital markets trading and processing
Market or credit risk
Asset management, Hedge Funds or Prime Brokerage
Securities processing and custody
Customer management processes in investment banking
Pre-sales activities and proposal preparation for consulting projects and, together with IT delivery specialists, for technology projects
Internal knowledge management, receiving training from specialists and providing knowledge to others in your area of specialty
