Dr. Paul Lerbinger (55) has over 20 years’ experience in investment banking. Until September 2010, he was Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Citigroup Global Markets Deutschland AG & Co KGaA. Prior to this, he was Head of Equity Capital Markets and Investment Banking Germany at Deutsche Bank AG. In December 2010, Dr. Paul Lerbinger was appointed to the Management Board of HSH Nordbank, effective 1 March 2011, and as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO) as of 1 April 2011. “The GFT Supervisory Board has gained a highly experienced financial specialist in Dr. Lerbinger and looks forward to its future cooperation and constructive dialogue with him,” states Supervisory Board Chairman Franz Niedermaier.

Dr. Paul Lerbinger will be officially appointed by the District Court of Stuttgart in January 2011. Shareholders will be asked to confirm his appointment by the District Court to the Supervisory Board of GFT Technologies AG at the company’s Annual General Meeting on 31 May 2011.
