A person attending a GFT event (or one we are participating in) who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should make their wishes known to the photographer, and/or the event organizers, and/or contact GFT at marketing.canada@gft.com and include an identifying photograph for reference. GFT will use the photo for identification purposes (only) and will hold the request in confidence.
By participating in a GFT event or by failing to notify GFT, in writing, your desire to not have your photograph or video where you appear used by GFT, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify GFT from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.
