When we speak of "agile" and "lean", we often think of frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban. When we talk about scaling those frameworks, further names come to mind: SAFe, Less, Nexus, DAD... However, the objectives we pursue when using those frameworks (tools we use for a purpose) are not always explicit.
In this practical session, Rune Christensen, SAFe Program Consultant Trainer & Advisor at Scaled Agile, and Carlos Piqueres, SAFe Program Consultant, will explain what these objectives are. They will then use SAFe as a common framework and vocabulary to link those objectives with best practices and principles that will help achieve them. Even though SAFe will be the tool used in this session, most of what will be discussed is easily applicable to other tools.
The speakers will also explain which tactical context factors must be taken into consideration, as they greatly nuance the use of the tools.
This webinar will help you make a decision should you be considering signing up for the Certified SAFe® 5.0 Program Consultant (SPC) course that we run from 30 November to 3 December, 2020.
