Depuis juin 2017, Marika Lulay est Présidente-directrice générale (CEO). Elle a été membre du Conseil d’administration de GFT Technologies AG de juillet 2002 à août 2015. Depuis août 2015, elle est membre du Conseil d’administration de GFT Technologies SE. À son ancien poste de directrice de l’exploitation, elle a assumé pendant 15 ans la responsabilité des secteurs stratégie & développement des affaires, marchés, communications, marketing, technologie & innovation.

Marika Lulay brings more than 25 years of experience in the IT sector to GFT. In 1996 she led the entry into the German market of the American systems integrator Cambridge Technology Partners, her last position there being Vice President for Cen­tral and Northern Europe.
Before that, Marika Lulay held a variety of management posi­tions during her seven years at Software AG, including, amongst others, Regional Head of Professional Services. Before she moved to Software AG, Marika Lulay worked for a short period as a Management Consultant at Diebold Deutschland GmbH.
After her graduation, Marika Lulay was Founder Member and Associate of BISTEC GmbH, a software developer for the building industry. There she managed the R&D Team for CAD. Later on, BISTEC GmbH merged to BAUSOFT GmbH, where she was also Head of the R&D Team.

Marika Lulay studied Computer Sciences at the University of applied sciences of Darmstadt, where she graduated with a diploma.

Dr. Jochen Ruetz

Dr Jochen Ruetz a été membre du Conseil de GFT Technologies AG de 2003 à 2015. Il est membre du Conseil d’administration de GFT Technologies SE depuis août 2015. Il est en charge des finances, des TI, des ressources humaines, des affaires juridiques, des achats, des audits, des relations avec les investisseurs ainsi que des fusions et acquisitions.
Before joining GFT in September 2003, Dr Jochen Ruetz served for three years as managing director of STRABAG BRVZ Bau-, Rechen- und Verwaltungszentrum GmbH, which brings together all of the commercial activities of the STRABAG Group.  In this position, his responsibilities included group and project management accounting, bookkeeping, information administration, finance, and mergers and acquisitions.

Before this, he was in charge of group management accounting at STRABAG AG. Dr Jochen Ruetz started his career in corporate development at Deutsche Bank AG in 1993.

Dr Jochen Ruetz completed a degree in business administration at the University of Regensburg in 1993. He went on to receive his doctorate in 1997 from Cologne University through a part-time study programme.

David Collins

David Collins a rejoint GFT en 2016 en tant que responsable des services financiers. Depuis 2017, il occupait le rôle de directeur général de GFT Royaume-Uni et de responsable des opérations aux États-Unis. Il est maintenant directeur régional pour le Royaume-Uni, ainsi que pour la région de l’Amérique du Nord, qui inclut les États-Unis et le Canada. David s'engage à mener des offres GFT innovantes, à attirer de nouveaux clients et à améliorer les relations avec les clients existants. Le 1er janvier 2020, il a été nommé au Comité exécutif du groupe.
Drawing on his past experience across financial services and technology, he has been instrumental in increasing awareness of GFT’s technical engineering expertise throughout the UK and North American regions and in building the right strategic partnerships to benefit our customers and their digital transformation.
David joined GFT following the successful sale of SuperDerivatives to The ICE; he held the role of CEO of SDX Trading, Chief Marketing Officer and head of strategic sales at SuperDerivatives. In this role, David was responsible for the innovation of new products in trade execution and market data, the evolution of existing products and the expansion into new markets. His experience also spans roles as a partner at Capco, CEO at City Practitioners Inc. and a derivatives trader at DLJ, BNP and Standard Bank.
David has a BA (Hons) in Accounting.

Joan-Carles Fonoll

Joan Carles Fonoll a acquis les fonctions de directeur de l’exploitation (COO) du Groupe en juillet 2018 et sa nomination au conseil exécutif du Groupe a suivi le 1er juillet 2019. Il a débuté sa carrière chez GFT en Espagne, en 2001, en tant que chef de projet. Aujourd’hui, il est chargé d’assurer l’exécution de la stratégie du Groupe en s’appuyant sur des facteurs clés tels que l’agilité, la simplicité et la responsabilité. Dans son ancien rôle de directeur du personnel, il a soutenu le PDG de GFT et s’est concentré sur la mise en œuvre d’initiatives stratégiques à l’échelle du Groupe. Joan Carles a également assuré la liaison entre les unités d’affaires et les services généraux du Groupe. Cela lui a permis d’acquérir une connaissance approfondie de GFT et de la façon dont l’entreprise accompagne les clients dans leur transformation numérique.
Joan Carles Fonoll’s track record of over 30 years in the technology business started when he was a developer at Siemens back in 1989. He moved on to EDS, where he worked a few years in Spain and also in Germany as a System Engineer, followed by roles as a consultant. He became part of the ‘’Deutsche Bank Group’’, where his focus was on leading projects. Joan Carles joined GFT Iberia Solutions in 2001. First as a project-, then as a delivery manager. In 2008 he moved to GFT USA in New York and was instrumental in establishing the North American business for GFT.  For two years he held the responsibility of GFT Group Chief of Staff, after which he stepped up to be the Group’s Chief Operating Officer, the role he holds today. On July 1st 2019 he was appointed to the Group Executive Board.
Joan Carles Fonoll studied at the University of Barcelona from 1985 to 1990 and graduated in computer science.

Christopher Ortiz

Chris est diplômé du Senior Executive Programme de la London Business School. Christopher Ortiz étend l'empreinte mondiale de GFT sur les marchés asiatiques dans le cadre de son rôle de directeur régional APAC. Il est également responsable des marchés mondiaux chez GFT, où il assume la responsabilité des comptes majeurs mondiaux de GFT. Le 1er janvier 2020, il a été nommé au conseil d'administration du groupe.
Christopher has been with GFT since 2001 and an Executive Director at GFT since 2011. After running GFT UK as Country Manager for 5 years, he stepped up to drive and align business development and delivery across GFT’s largest global accounts. Chris joined GFT Spain in 2001 from Deutsche Bank and has been integral to GFT’s expansion ever since.
Building on his 20+ years’ expertise in Capital Markets, he led GFT’s international expansion into the USA and contributed to the buildout of the Latin American business.
Prior to joining GFT, he was with Deutsche Bank New York after beginning his career at JP Morgan in both New York and London, working in Finance and Emerging Markets.
Chris has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Cornell University as well as an MBA in IT and International Business from the Fordham University Graduate School of Business Administration, both in New York.

Jens-Thorsten Rauer

Region Manager Central and Western Europe

Jens-Thorsten Rauer (Jetho) est nouveau chez GFT ainsi qu’au sein du Comité exécutif du groupe. Il est responsable des régions de l’Europe centrale et de l’Ouest. Il a rejoint GFT en 2020 afin de développer ces marchés et ainsi favoriser la croissance et la rentabilité de manière durable pour ces deux régions.
In his previous role, Jetho was leading the DXC business with Banking and Capital Markets clients in North, Central and Eastern Europe (including the definition and implementation of go-to-market strategies and plans; managing the banking industry P&L and driving the development and commercialisation of DXC’s portfolio of banking offerings in NCE).

Jetho previously served as Managing Director Financial Services, Central and Eastern Europe for HP and HP Enterprise, with P&L responsibility for the insurance and banking business in this region. In that role, he successfully focused on driving revenue growth, returning the business to innovation and outcomes, and increasing client satisfaction. Prior to HP / HPE Jetho held several business and sales executive roles at IBM; earlier in his career he served as a Senior Vice President of Global Infrastructure and Run Services for Dresdner Bank, and following the acquisition through Allianz also in the wider Allianz/Dresdner Bank corporation.

Jens-Thorsten graduated from the European Business School with a Master of Business Administration and an MSc in Computer Science. Jetho was also awarded an Executive MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, VA/USA.

Marco Santos

Marco Santos est le directeur régional de GFT pour l'Amérique latine et est responsable des opérations au Brésil. Il possède une grande connaissance des stratégies numériques et des technologies exponentielles pour le marché financier, combinée à une compréhension approfondie du secteur informatique en plus d'autres domaines, notamment l'innovation, les ventes, la livraison, le marketing et la gestion. Le 1er janvier 2020, il a été nommé au Comité exécutif du groupe.
With a career spanning more than 20 years in the Information Technology industry, since joining GFT in 2011, Marco’s main goals have been helping GFT's clients disrupt their businesses, creating a premium brand of IT services for banks and financial institutions, and expanding the company's operations within Latin America.
Prior to joining GFT, Marco held executive positions at multinational and national companies such as TATA Consultancy Services, Oracle, CPM Capgemini and Organic Inc.
Marco is passionate about encouraging others to keep up with all the innovations exponential technologies offer, and shares his knowledge through delivering lectures at companies and organisations such as Cubo Itaú, Santander, Serasa Experian, Banco do Brasil, Banco Original, and CEAP amongst others.

Marco has a degree in Computer Science from the University of São Paulo (USP), MBAs in International Trade and in Commerce and International Relations by FIA-USP, International Business Management by the University of Illinois, as well as specialisation courses at organisations such as MIT and Singularity University.
