Manage the sales to cash work flow for GFT Client Unit Leaders. Work closely with Finance and Delivery teams to complete periodic management and month end closings, working across multiple time zones in a fast-paced and continuously changing environment. Pull, summarize and present vast amounts of diverse information and work with Project Managers, HR personnel and Sales Executives to organize  it. Create and run data reports on a regular and ad-hoc basis. Report sales and revenue forecasts/projections to Managing Directors. Liaise with Delivery Managers and clients to follow-up on invoices and resolve invoicing issues. Ensure commercial and legally binding documents are properly managed, archived, and accessible. Create Statements of Work and binding contracts for client projects. Utilize Kimble to provide accurate data and real-time analytics to leverage the performance of the sales organization, utilizing an analytical and systematic approach to problem solving. Provide input to help sales representatives reach more prospects, qualify leads, and close deals faster. Utilize historical data to identify weaknesses on the sales process to avoid potential problems and find opportunities for improvement. Utilize discretion to use appropriate processes, policies, systems, and applications and to identify and resolve complex problems and assignments. Responsible for customer focus, anticipating customer needs and responding proactively to address them; communicating how the team is expected to service customers; delivering on commitments to customers; monitoring service delivery performance metrics and highlights and addressing issues. Ensure process compliance, making decisions in line with procedures and policies; referring outside issues to others and escalating when necessary; identify and explain variations from normal procedures; provide insight and guidance to others. Team up with Staffing and HR to identify resources for each assignment and participate in full cycle on-boarding of new hires joining. Work under general or minimal supervision and plan, schedule and monitor own work within tight deadlines and according to relevant procedures. Train other professional team members on Kimble’s new features and enhancements as new versions of Salesforce roll out globally.
