As HR Advisor you will be responsible for daily support of GFT employees on HR and labor law issues. Your task will include daily advisory on labor law, internal regulations and policies, creating and managing employees’ files and records, creating employment agreements and annexes, preparing reports concerning personnel administration process. You will be also responsible for onboarding and off boarding process and benefits administration. HR Advisor is expected to be proactive and work independently, as well as cooperate closely with other HR representatives on daily basis.

  • Min. 2 years of experience in the HR department on a similar position
  • Knowledge in the field of Polish Labor Law and working time calculations
  • In-depth knowledge of computer applications (MS Word, Excel, Outlook), knowledge of SAP or SuccessFactors will be an asset
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills and attention to details
  • Autonomy, willingness to take responsibility
  • Fluency in English – spoken and written
  • Ability to work in a changing environment and to meet demanding deadlines and timescales
