Marika Lulay objęła funkcję Chief Executive Officer (CEO) w czerwcu 2017 r. Była Członkiem Zarządu GFT Technologies AG od lipca 2002 r. do sierpnia 2015 r., a od sierpnia 2015 r. jest członkiem Rady Administracyjnej GFT Technologies SE. W swojej poprzedniej roli jako Chief Operating Officer, przez 15 lat zajmowała się kluczową działalnością GFT oraz głównymi zakresami operacyjnymi.

Marika Lulay brings more than 25 years of experience in the IT sector to GFT. In 1996 she led the entry into the German market of the American systems integrator Cambridge Technology Partners, her last position there being Vice President for Cen­tral and Northern Europe.
Before that, Marika Lulay held a variety of management posi­tions during her seven years at Software AG, including, amongst others, Regional Head of Professional Services. Before she moved to Software AG, Marika Lulay worked for a short period as a Management Consultant at Diebold Deutschland GmbH.
After her graduation, Marika Lulay was Founder Member and Associate of BISTEC GmbH, a software developer for the building industry. There she managed the R&D Team for CAD. Later on, BISTEC GmbH merged to BAUSOFT GmbH, where she was also Head of the R&D Team.

Marika Lulay studied Computer Sciences at the University of applied sciences of Darmstadt, where she graduated with a diploma.

Dr. Jochen Ruetz

Dr Jochen Ruetz buduje mosty pomiędzy strategią a rzeczywistością. Jako Dyrektor Finansowy odpowiada za zapewnienie przejrzystości i zarządzanie projektami. Dr Ruetz, absolwent studiów biznesowych, kieruje kluczowymi obszarami finansów, rachunkowości zarządczej, HR, procesów i kwestii prawnych w GFT od 2003 r.
Before joining GFT in September 2003, Dr Jochen Ruetz served for three years as managing director of STRABAG BRVZ Bau-, Rechen- und Verwaltungszentrum GmbH, which brings together all of the commercial activities of the STRABAG Group.  In this position, his responsibilities included group and project management accounting, bookkeeping, information administration, finance, and mergers and acquisitions.

Before this, he was in charge of group management accounting at STRABAG AG. Dr Jochen Ruetz started his career in corporate development at Deutsche Bank AG in 1993.

Dr Jochen Ruetz completed a degree in business administration at the University of Regensburg in 1993. He went on to receive his doctorate in 1997 from Cologne University through a part-time study programme.

Joan Carles Fonoll został dyrektorem operacyjnym Grupy (COO) w lipcu 2018 r., a 1 lipca 2019 r. został powołany w skład zarządu Grupy. Swoją karierę w GFT rozpoczął w Hiszpanii, gdzie w 2001 r. objął stanowisko menedżera projektów. Obecnie czuwa nad realizacją strategii Grupy i zapewnianie kluczowych elementów operacyjnych takich jak zwinność, przejrzystość i odpowiedzialność. Na swoim poprzednim stanowisku dyrektora Grupy ds. personelu wspierał dyrektora generalnego GFT, skupiając się na realizacji ogólnogrupowych inicjatyw strategicznych. Pełnił również funkcję łącznika pomiędzy jednostkami biznesowymi a działami usług korporacyjnych, co pozwoliło mu zdobyć dogłębną wiedzę o firmie GFT oraz o tym, w jaki sposób pomaga ona klientom w cyfrowej transformacji.
Joan Carles Fonoll’s track record of over 30 years in the technology business started when he was a developer at Siemens back in 1989. He moved on to EDS, where he worked a few years in Spain and also in Germany as a System Engineer, followed by roles as a consultant. He became part of the ‘’Deutsche Bank Group’’, where his focus was on leading projects. Joan Carles joined GFT Iberia Solutions in 2001. First as a project-, then as a delivery manager. In 2008 he moved to GFT USA in New York and was instrumental in establishing the North American business for GFT.  For two years he held the responsibility of GFT Group Chief of Staff, after which he stepped up to be the Group’s Chief Operating Officer, the role he holds today. On July 1st 2019 he was appointed to the Group Executive Board.
Joan Carles Fonoll studied at the University of Barcelona from 1985 to 1990 and graduated in computer science.

Christopher Ortiz

Christopher Ortiz is expanding GFT's global footprint into the Asian markets as part of his Region Manager APAC role. He is also responsible for Global Markets at GFT, where he assumes responsibility for GFT's largest, global account. On January 1st 2020 he was appointed to the Group Executive Board.
Christopher has been with GFT since 2001 and an Executive Director at GFT since 2011. After running GFT UK as Country Manager for 5 years, he stepped up to drive and align business development and delivery across GFT’s largest global accounts. Chris joined GFT Spain in 2001 from Deutsche Bank and has been integral to GFT’s expansion ever since.
Building on his 20+ years’ expertise in Capital Markets, he led GFT’s international expansion into the USA and contributed to the buildout of the Latin American business.
Prior to joining GFT, he was with Deutsche Bank New York after beginning his career at JP Morgan in both New York and London, working in Finance and Emerging Markets.
Chris has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Cornell University as well as an MBA in IT and International Business from the Fordham University Graduate School of Business Administration, both in New York.

Jens-Thorsten Rauer

Region Manager Central and Western Europe

Jens-Thorsten Rauer is new to GFT in 2020. As member of the Global Executive Board he is responsible for the Regions Central and Western Europe. His goal is to further develop these markets and drive growth and profitability in a sustainable manner across the two regions.
In his previous role, Jetho was leading the DXC business with Banking and Capital Markets clients in North, Central and Eastern Europe (including the definition and implementation of go-to-market strategies and plans; managing the banking industry P&L and driving the development and commercialisation of DXC’s portfolio of banking offerings in NCE).

Jetho previously served as Managing Director Financial Services, Central and Eastern Europe for HP and HP Enterprise, with P&L responsibility for the insurance and banking business in this region. In that role, he successfully focused on driving revenue growth, returning the business to innovation and outcomes, and increasing client satisfaction. Prior to HP / HPE Jetho held several business and sales executive roles at IBM; earlier in his career he served as a Senior Vice President of Global Infrastructure and Run Services for Dresdner Bank, and following the acquisition through Allianz also in the wider Allianz/Dresdner Bank corporation.

Jens-Thorsten graduated from the European Business School with a Master of Business Administration and an MSc in Computer Science. Jetho was also awarded an Executive MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, VA/USA.

Marco Santos

Marco Santos is GFT's Region Manager for Latin America and is responsible for operations in Brazil.  He has a vast knowledge of digital strategies and exponential technologies for the financial market, combined with a deep understanding of the IT industry and other areas, including innovation, sales, delivery, marketing and general management. On January 1st 2020 he was appointed to the Group Executive Board.
With a career spanning more than 20 years in the Information Technology industry, since joining GFT in 2011, Marco’s main goals have been helping GFT's clients disrupt their businesses, creating a premium brand of IT services for banks and financial institutions, and expanding the company's operations within Latin America.
Prior to joining GFT, Marco held executive positions at multinational and national companies such as TATA Consultancy Services, Oracle, CPM Capgemini and Organic Inc.
Marco is passionate about encouraging others to keep up with all the innovations exponential technologies offer, and shares his knowledge through delivering lectures at companies and organisations such as Cubo Itaú, Santander, Serasa Experian, Banco do Brasil, Banco Original, and CEAP amongst others.

Marco has a degree in Computer Science from the University of São Paulo (USP), MBAs in International Trade and in Commerce and International Relations by FIA-USP, International Business Management by the University of Illinois, as well as specialisation courses at organisations such as MIT and Singularity University.
