GFT appoints first UK Regional Director for Manchester innovation hub

​​​​​Digital transformation specialist GFT has hired Pete Coulter to lead the regional operations in Manchester following the launch of its innovation hub in September 2021. Pete will head the UK expansion of GFT and its investment into Manchester, joining the business’ global team of over 8,000 specialists.

Bringing 23 years of experience in tech consultancy, Pete has worked across a range of industries, supporting businesses of all sizes in upscaling their technology capacities to support building a culture of innovation.

Pete joins from Infinity Works, where he was responsible for leading the business’ north west digital consultancy operation. In his new role at GFT, Pete will be responsible for building the business’ presence in Manchester and growing a team of progressive digital experts whose experience and skills can support GFT’s growing clients within the banking, insurance, asset management and industrial sectors.

The Manchester innovation hub has roles for all levels, from university graduates to technology professionals already making an impact in the city’s tech scene and beyond. Pete’s experience and passion for encouraging innovation in all sectors is fuelling his ambition to lead GFT UK’s digital offering with the team, out of the Manchester hub.
