Marika Lulay brings more than 25 years of experience in the IT sector to GFT. In 1996 she led the entry into the German market of the American systems integrator Cambridge Technology Partners, her last position there being Vice President for Central and Northern Europe.
Marika Lulay studied Computer Sciences at the University of applied sciences of Darmstadt, where she graduated with a diploma.

Dr. Jochen Ruetz
Before this, he was in charge of group management accounting at STRABAG AG. Dr Jochen Ruetz started his career in corporate development at Deutsche Bank AG in 1993.
Dr Jochen Ruetz completed a degree in business administration at the University of Regensburg in 1993. He went on to receive his doctorate in 1997 from Cologne University through a part-time study programme.

David Collins joined GFT in 2016 as Head of Financial Services and has been Managing Director of GFT UK and responsible for operations in the US since 2017. He is now Region Manager for the UK, as well as the North America Region with USA and Canada. David is committed to driving innovative GFT offerings, engaging new customers and enhancing relationships with existing clients. On January 1st 2020 he was appointed to the Group Executive Board.
Drawing on his past experience across financial services and technology, he has been instrumental in increasing awareness of GFT’s technical engineering expertise throughout the UK and North American regions and in building the right strategic partnerships to benefit our customers and their digital transformation.
David has a BA (Hons) in Accounting.
Jens-Thorsten Rauer (Jetho) is new to GFT and the GEB in 2020, responsible for the Regions Central and Western Europe. He joins to further develop these markets and drive growth and profitability in a sustainable manner across the two regions.
Jetho previously served as Managing Director Financial Services, Central and Eastern Europe for HP and HP Enterprise, with P&L responsibility for the insurance and banking business in this region. In that role, he successfully focused on driving revenue growth, returning the business to innovation and outcomes, and increasing client satisfaction. Prior to HP / HPE Jetho held several business and sales executive roles at IBM; earlier in his career he served as a Senior Vice President of Global Infrastructure and Run Services for Dresdner Bank, and following the acquisition through Allianz also in the wider Allianz/Dresdner Bank corporation.
Jens-Thorsten graduated from the European Business School with a Master of Business Administration and an MSc in Computer Science. Jetho was also awarded an Executive MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, VA/USA.
Marco has a degree in Computer Science from the University of São Paulo (USP), MBAs in International Trade and in Commerce and International Relations by FIA-USP, International Business Management by the University of Illinois, as well as specialisation courses at organisations such as MIT and Singularity University.
