We share knowledge both in chat boxes, in the lobbies, and on team chats, as well as in the form of cyclical webinars conducted by numerous internal tech communities.

We support certificates from A to Z - we offer mentoring, preparation sessions, and we pay for the exams. Annually, about 150 people from our team obtain certificates in the field of AWS, GCP, Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform, Java and many other technologies.
