Stuttgart, March 04, 2026 – GFT Technologies, a global digital transformation company focused on AI-centric solutions, announces that Aloysio Ribeiro Neto has taken on the role of Global Head of Finance, effective January 2026. The executive leads the company's Global Finance Platform, covering all financial areas – Finance, including Financial Operations, Controllership, Accounting, Treasury, and Tax.
In his new position, Aloysio reports directly to GFT's CFO & Deputy CEO, Dr. Jochen Ruetz, and will retain his responsibilities as Regional CFO for Europe and Latin America.
With over 23 years of experience in Finance and Operations in multinational technology and services companies, Aloysio has built a solid career leading multicultural teams, global projects, and financial transformation processes. Over more than 15 years in executive positions, he has served as CFO, COO, and Business Partner for Software, Cloud, Consulting, and Professional Services businesses in different geographies, with a strong focus on efficiency initiatives, financial modernization, and inorganic growth through M&As.

Professional Career and Experience
Aloysio has been with GFT Technologies for seven years, holding strategic positions in the company, including CFO for Latin America, Regional CFO for the Americas, and most recently, Regional CFO for Europe and Latin America. During this period, he played a central role in GFT's expansion, strengthening financial governance, and supporting the integration of acquisitions in different regions.
As Global Head of Finance, the executive will focus on modernizing the finance function, driving efficiency and productivity gains through Artificial Intelligence (AI)-driven initiatives, as well as supporting the company's global growth strategy.
With a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Finance from FECAP, Aloysio holds a Master's degree in Business Administration (Executive MBA) from BSP – Business School São Paulo and an MBA in International Business from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC). Before joining GFT, he held important positions at companies such as SAP, Oracle, and Accenture. Alongside his corporate career, the executive is also involved in social impact initiatives, focusing on empowering young people and developing skills in vulnerable areas on the outskirts of São Paulo.
