GFT Technologies announces Fernanda dos Santos Rodrigues as the new Global Director of Human Resources

Stuttgart, February 24, 2026 – GFT Technologies, a global digital transformation leader in Artificial Intelligence (AI), appoints Fernanda dos Santos Rodrigues as Global Head of Human Resources, effective January 1, 2026. She succeeds Guillermo Rodríguez.

Previously serving as GFT's CHRO for Latin America (LATAM), Fernanda now oversees global people management for a workforce of more than 12,000 specialists across 20+ countries. Her promotion reflects the success of the strategies implemented in the region and GFT's commitment to exporting talent and high-impact leadership practices throughout the group.

 

Career Path and Expertise

With over two decades of experience in the HR sector, Fernanda has held strategic positions at multinational companies such as Stefanini, Cognizant, DTS, and Ecolab. Her background combines technical and leadership expertise, holding a degree in Psychology, an MBA in People Management, and specializations in Business Law and Teaching.

The executive also holds an international management certification in "People, Culture and Performance" from Stanford University, in addition to a solid academic background as a postgraduate professor. At GFT, Fernanda has been a key player in developing solutions that strengthen the attractiveness of the employer brand in diverse and competitive markets.
