We go further than regulations require - aligning with international standards like UNESCO’s Recommendation on the Ethics of Artificial Intelligence and proactively anticipating the EU AI Act.

As one of the first signatories of the European Union’s AI Pact, we don’t wait to be told how to do the right thing  – we help define it!

We embed fairness, accountability, and oversight into every solution, ensuring compliance with international regulations. Our framework emphasizes algorithmic transparency, privacy-by-design, and robust data protection – starting from the first line of code

3. AI Risk Management

We maintain a transparent inventory of AI systems and conduct rigorous risk assessments throughout their lifecycle, especially for high-risk use cases. Any AI use cases falling under high-risk categories, as defined by the EU AI Act, undergo dedicated impact assessments, ethical evaluations, and independent governance checks before approval.

Recognized Leadership in Responsible AI

In 2024, we introduced the GFT Guideline for Responsible AI as part of our Data Protection Report, strengthening our leadership at the intersection of AI and data protection.

That same year, we proudly received the PICCASO Award for the ESG Privacy Initiative – a recognition of our ongoing commitment to building AI systems that are safe, ethical, and trustworthy.
