GFT has earned Great Place To Work® certification in 16 countries in 2026, marking an important achievement in the company’s global workplace journey.
The certified countries are Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, France, India, Italy, Mexico, Peru, Singapore, Spain, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Vietnam.
This recognition reflects the collective contribution of GFT employees around the world. It also represents another important step in the company’s ambition to become the best AI-native company in the world, demonstrating that GFT’s success is shaped not only by the technology and services it delivers, but also by the people who make that work possible every day.
“Achieving Great Place To Work certification in 16 countries is a powerful recognition of the culture our people create together”, said Fernanda Rodrigues, Global CHRO – GFT Technologies. “As GFT continues advancing its AI-native strategy, our success depends on employees who feel trusted, included, supported, and empowered to grow. This achievement belongs to every colleague, and it strengthens our commitment to keep listening and turning feedback into meaningful action.”
Strong participation and positive global momentum
Even as GFT’s global headcount grew, the overall participation rate remained strong at 68 per cent, only two percentage points below the 2024 level. At the same time, the number of respondents increased to more than 8 thousand, meaning that more employees shared their perspectives in the 2026 survey.
The global results show positive momentum in the employee experience. GFT’s Trust Index reached 82%, compared with 81 per cent in 2024. The proportion of respondents who said that, all things considered, GFT is an excellent place to work also increased, rising from 84 in 2024 to 86% in 2026.
Together, the certification results and improved global indicators demonstrate the strength of the cultural foundation created by GFT employees across countries, teams, and roles.
A safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace
Safety, fairness, and inclusion were among GFT’s strongest results in the 2026 survey. 97% of respondents described GFT as a physically safe place to work. The same percentage said that employees are treated fairly regardless of race or ethnicity and sexual orientation. The survey also recorded very strong results for fair treatment regardless of gender and age.
Trust, autonomy, and the right conditions to perform
The survey also highlights the strength of GFT’s working environment. 92% of employees said they receive the equipment and resources required to perform their work, while 90% said that leaders trust people to do a good job without closely monitoring them. Employees also reported strong access to professional development and a high level of collaboration among colleagues.
Employee experience supports excellent client delivery
One of the most important findings is the strong connection employees see between GFT’s workplace culture and the quality delivered to clients. 90% of respondents believe that clients classify GFT’s services and products as excellent. This result was three percentage points above the global IT benchmark.
The finding is particularly relevant to GFT’s AI-native strategy. Helping clients use artificial intelligence to achieve meaningful business outcomes requires more than technical tools. It depends on experienced teams with deep engineering and industry knowledge, strong judgment, close collaboration, and a clear focus on client value.
By giving employees the resources, trust, and development opportunities they need, GFT creates stronger conditions for teams to deliver innovative, responsible, and high-quality solutions.
A workplace that adds long-term career value
The survey also shows that employees see meaningful professional value in their experience at GFT. More than 92% of respondents believe that their years at GFT will be valued on their resume, reflecting confidence in the expertise, knowledge, and experience they develop within the company.
Quality of life was the most frequently selected reason for remaining at GFT, followed by opportunities for growth and development. These findings show that employees value both the professional opportunities available within the company and the broader experience of working at GFT.
Building a better workplace together
The achievement belongs to every colleague who helps make GFT a Great Place To Work. The certification of 16 countries, combined with positive movement in global trust and workplace perception, shows that GFT has a strong foundation on which to build. It also reinforces the importance of continuing to invest in a workplace where people feel included, trusted, supported, and able to develop their careers.
Together, GFT employees will continue building an environment where people can grow every day, collaborate across borders, deliver outstanding value for clients, and go beyond.
