Vacancy: Business Analyst

Manage cross-functional project teams and perform business analysis for critical, enterprise-level projects and initiatives

Act as the relationship manager between IT and the business units, facilitating communication and strategic alignment.

Perform business process and technology analyses and recommend solutions that are in the best interest of the business and IT.

Facilitate all aspects of project life cycle management:

Project justification/prioritization

Scoping & objectives

Enterprise documentation

Analysis

Management Reporting

Implementation

Required: BA in business or computer science preferred.

Strong interpersonal, communication and writing skills

Experience within the financial services industry required

Knowledge or experience with Assets

Experience with a variety of projects, ranging from business process improvement to software development/implementation

Experience working with business and technology personnel of various levels and disciplines and a strong ability to harvest and translate business requirements

Flexibility to work effectively in a team or individual environment and on multiple projects simultaneously

Fluent English and Spanish

Availability to travel

MBA in business or computer science is a plus.

Experience within the Investment Management industry, specially in Profit & Loss, Accounting areas

Distributed Applications know-how:

Familiar with OO analysis and design.

Skilled in the evaluation, recommendation and implementation of vendor supplied solutions.
