What must I bear in mind when submitting my application?

Since we would like to have the most comprehensive possible impression of you it is important to send us your full application.

An application in writing should include:

a covering letter stating what you specifically want to do and where

CV

copies of certificates and testimonials

proof of internships, placements, previous employment and additional qualifications


What happens to my application once I have sent it off?


No matter how you submit your job application, we will acknowledge receipt immediately.

If your profile matches the position we are looking to fill, we would like to meet you in person and invite you for an interview with a representative from human resources and the department in question. Your second interview will be with the head of department.

Depending on the profile and the position, we may interview you in advance by telephone to gain first impressions.


How long does processing applications generally take?

You can be sure that our human resources team will process your application as fast as possible and will contact you. For this reason, you can expect an initial response within 3 to 5 days. Processing your application will take 1 to 2 weeks. You will then be notified whether we would like to meet you in person.
