84% of all participants expressed their trust in GFT as an employer. In addition, we were able to improve in two areas compared to last year: credibility and fairness.
Encouraging the continuous development of our talent has always gone hand in hand with our growth as a company. Employee surveys are an essential tool for GFT to achieve this goal. By listening, we create a working environment that values open communication and commitment. Their feedback provides management teams with valuable insight into the business, guiding decision making and highlighting areas for improvement.

Local Initiatives
At GFT, we have been committed to DE&I, safety and quality of leadership for many years. It is therefore natural for the local teams to invest time and trainings in these areas.
Here are just a few examples of these initiatives – some of which have taken on board feedback from last year’s Great Place To Work® survey. GFT UK was recently awarded Level 2 Disability Confident Employer. This is testament to the work they have done and continue to do to change attitudes and behaviours to create a more inclusive workplace for all employees.
GFT Spain launched the Women Tech programme in 2022. The aim of this programme is to help our female employees in technical roles gain confidence and visibility. Not only as specialists, but also as speakers at technical conferences and panels.
After the successful launch in Spain, the programme has now been rolled out globally. It has also been opened up to women from non-technical backgrounds. To date, 77 women have participated, with more in the pipeline.
GFT Italy has started information campaigns on DE&I together with Valore D – an association committed to promoting gender balance and an inclusive culture. To date, GFT Italy has calculated our Inclusion Impact Index and is now working on European gender certification. They have launched an e-learning academy and included an inclusive language in all internal and external communications.
