*In connection with our business events, aside from compliance with the applicable laws, we would like to ensure that our invitation is in line with your company's internal compliance guidelines. For this purpose, we ask you to check if an internal authorization from your company is required to accept our invitation and, if required, obtain it prior to your attendance.

*GFT plans to take photographs and video during our in-person events and reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any GFT event without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. GFT may use the photograph/video in GFT news, social media, website, and other forms of media.

To ensure the privacy of individuals, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject. 

A person attending a GFT event (or one we are participating in) who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should make their wishes known to the photographer, and/or the event organizers, and/or contact GFT at info.usa@gft.com and include an identifying photograph for reference. GFT will use the photo for identification purposes (only) and will hold the request in confidence.

By participating in a GFT event or by failing to notify GFT, in writing, your desire to not have your photograph or video where you appear used by GFT, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify GFT from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.
