Working at GFT
at GFT
You are fundamental in linking daily operations with the mid-and long-term strategy. And you are responsible for the success of the defined goals. Many current executive leaders participated in our Accelerated Leadership Program (ALP) to boost and refresh their leadership skills.
Since women are still underrepresented in the IT industry, our goal is to fill at least 50% of our management positions with female team leaders to help women have an equal presence and impact.
“As an executive leader, you need to inspire your team. The role of a leader is not to run a team but to help the team find a purpose to get excited every morning. You must set an example as a leader, inspire your team members with your actions, and motivate them to innovate. Hold yourself accountable first before you hold your team accountable. Appreciate and encourage your team; give them a reason to succeed and a motive to work. Be by the side of your team and have their back. Last but not least, be a visionary for your organization and be a key contributor to its success.”
