Share Buyback Program 2025 (April 22 – October 14, 2025)

GFT Technologies SE successfully completed its share buyback program on October 10, 2025. A total of 761,138 own shares were repurchased for EUR 14,999,984.14. This corresponds to 2.8912 percent of the company’s share capital, at an average purchase price of EUR 19.7073 per share.

The program commenced on April 15, 2025, following an Administrative Board resolution dated March 27, 2025, with a total volume of up to EUR 15 million (excluding transaction costs).

The repurchased shares may be used for any purpose authorized by the Annual General Meeting, including the cancellation of shares.
