To support this goal, we decided to partner with Great Place to Work (GPTW), an organization with over 30 years of experience and recognized globally as an authority on workplace culture. We conducted the GPTW survey for the very first time globally this year. All employees at each GFT location were able to participate.
Areas where we stand out compared to industry benchmark are respect and good treatment regardless of sexual orientation, gender or ethnicity.

Ensuring a strictly non-discriminating working environment for all communities is one of the main pillars of our diversity strategy, based on our core values and inclusive culture. “We know through experience that different ideas, perspectives and backgrounds create a stronger and more creative work environment that delivers better results. Diversity leads to innovation and moves companies forward as a whole. The survey results confirm that our efforts are bearing fruit and that our talents feel comfortable. For us, this is the most valuable award” comments CEO Marika Lulay.
Of course the GPTW survey also provides us with an in-depth analysis of the strength and weaknesses of our company culture. There is always a potential for improvement. Our management team will get together over the summer to analyze the survey results and ensure we have a meaningful action plan in place.
